Much to my regret, I write this letter to you to make some complaints about the computer I bought in your store.
The IBM Desktop computer I ordered from your store on Nov. 11 finally arrived last Sunday, ten days later than expected. Besides, the computer can’t be properly shut down. When I click the shutdown button, it seems that the machine gives no response. And I’m so annoyed with it. Obviously, you didn’t carefully examine it before you sold it.
